The "Hooked Up" Wedding Package
This service includes...
Pre Wedding:

•  Unlimited meetings, phone calls, and e-mails necessary to plan and evaluate all wedding details including a
guidelines, checklists, and timelines. This will also include ongoing reminders such as contract deadlines and
payment due
•  Schedule and attend site visits for the selection of ceremony site and reception venue (as needed)
•  Provide all vendor referrals, schedule and attend all vendor selection appointments

Once all vendors are chosen:
•  Ongoing phone calls, e-mails, and meetings as necessary to plan all details and confirm all vendors
•  Detailed wedding itinerary distributed to all contracted vendors

Once venue is chosen:
•  Attend food tasting and assist with menu selection and design
•  Develop floor plan and seating chart for reception
•  Manage all items needed for seated reception (seating cards, place cards, table numbers, etc)
•  Assist with the design, development and implementation of invitations, programs, maps, and any other paper
products
•  Coordinate stuffing, stamping and mailing of wedding invitations
•  Develop and handle print production of wedding programs
•  Develop ideas and coordinate favors for guests
•  Manage guest list and all RSVP’s (complete alphabetical guest list to be provided   by clients)
•  Schedule dress fittings and attend final fitting to learn dress bustle (if needed)
•  Schedule and attend engagement portrait
•  Determine and schedule transportation needs and hotel accommodations for wedding party (and out of
town guests if requested)
•  Determine availability and negotiate rates for hotel room blocks

Week prior to the wedding:
•  Pickup all personal items from bride and groom (guest book, pen, portraits, toasting glasses, cake knife, favours,
programs, etc) and transport to ceremony and reception venue.
•  Wedding itinerary distributed to bride, groom and wedding party
•  Attend rehearsal, coordinate ceremony (have everyone at the right place at the right time), deliver marriage
license and church fee (if required).
•  Assembly and delivery of out of town gift bags or baskets (if required)
•  Available to handle any special requests during wedding weekend (E.g. Champagne in car for exit).

Wedding Day:

Complete wedding day coverage to manage and assist with:
•  Vendor set-up at ceremony and reception venue
•  Payment of vendor balances and tips distributed as requested
•  Coordination of transportation for out-of-town guests
•  Hair and makeup schedule
•  Delivery of bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses
•  Assist bride and bridesmaids in waiting room prior to ceremony
•  Food and beverages for bridal party
•  Organization and distribution of all personal flowers
•  Coordination and timing of ushers, attendants, family and bride
•  Transport personal items from ceremony to reception
•  Bustle bride’s dress and arrange refreshments upon arrival to reception
•  Coordination of entertainment and all announcements and events throughout the evening (first dance,
toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, bride and grooms exit, etc)
•  Ensure that all personal items are taken at the end of the evening (gifts, cake topper, bride’s bouquet,
toasting glasses, cake knife and server, etc)

Post Wedding:

•  Pick-up tuxedos and return to rental location
•  Return all rental items (linens, easels, chair covers, etc)
•  Return all personal items and gifts to bride and groom following the honeymoon or at the time requested.
